★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service. Non existent staff for answering phone call. My poor boy had been suffering from neck pain for months and it took just over a few weeks to arrange a suitable appointment. If you need to make changes, you're practically screwed!
However, Filipa the female therapist I saw was excellent and made the visit worthwhile.
Please, for God's sake, sort this basic issue out and answer the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the place, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I tried several services they were all great especially Abeer Alwabil she's amazing! She a sports injery miracle worker! Nibras is also great and I've seen huge improvement efter her sessions.
One thing though, their dietitian is over priced and she doesn't even care enough to give you a customized eating plan! It felt like I threw my money in the trash.

?Well first when I came to myo i was in my worst, and by coincidence i got an appointment with the most talented and professional therapist and dear god thank you for that,he helped me a lot where i was struggling for 2 months and half and i did ton of PT sessions to get a full range of motion after my knee surgery but nothing was paying off but once I came to PT. Ibrahim AlSuqayran he ended my suffering within a short period of time and i gain my full Range of motion and he helped me with my rehab too although it wasn’t the reason why I went to him , he is so caring for his patients and he helped me to get into a rehab program for strengthen my knee in myo gym with one of the most amazing PTs ,PT. Abeer AlWabil she is also soo good i took several sessions with her and she has proven her capabilities in such a short period of time where i can feel the difference in my daily life , i even started to forget that i am injured. this is how good are they in doing their jobs.
?when it comes to customer service they are so good ,professional,and fast even in the center you don’t wait in lines , and I always get to the session in the exact time I booked although you have to get to the center before your appointment for the check-in process ??
?Hospitality is great ??
?you can book through Whatsup ,and i have never faced any problems with my appointments they always respond as fast as possible ??
?(suggestion) i wish if they provide a service where you can book all your classes within the rehab packages at once !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this clinic for about three months now to get rehabilitation after my spinal fusion surgery. And I think it’s safe to say that I’ve never been disappointed when going there. Everything from the service, the workers, to the place itself is extremely great!
And although some might argue that their services are a bit pricey, but you most definitely get what you payed for.
Also, I cannot stress how much it makes me happy, and how comfortable I feel when I see that they always clean all the equipment after you use them in the gym.

Well professional people , improvement in my case , and highly recommended.
