★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medicine's prescribed by the is not available. The pharmacy does not have stock of normal medicine. In competent staff never answer queries asked. The management has to take extreme steps toward them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since saudizationnno one really bothered to answer calls for appointment. When we go there doctor won't accept saying no appointment. So do we dream that day after tomorrow will be having fever? Hoping you guys train staff accordingly.. saudization or not its about patient here, they should answer as many will travel 40 mins to reach there and turns out doctor not accepting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has few departments like paediatric, Cardiology, ENT, dermatology, psychiatry, general surgery, orthopaedic, ophthalmology, urology etc.
Paediatric department Dr. Pasha is very famous here. I found very rush in his office all the days. Paediatric section is situated in first floor. We need to get appointment to avoid waiting.
The building looks little old and damaged tiles and roof. I may give 6/10 for the hospital hygiene. The bathroom near to the emergency department was not clean. And no seat it self for the toilet. Never expected such a things in a hospital.
Usually medical centre will close by 9pm. Enough parking spaces available in front of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experinced the worst scenario in Derma Department. Appointment ALWAYS LATE!!!! ? I booked my appointment at 6pm and I waited almost 1 and half hours to do the laser. And 1 thing more just only 1 male nurse who can do the laser for males. Delay of time can lose patience and a waste of time. Angry ? face as I experienced here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience in this hospital, pediatrician doctor wasting time of patient, he speaking unwanted stories and took more time for one patient, really suffered people need to wait for longer time. Avoid unwanted stories and wasting time is good for doctor and patient.
