I’ve been frequenting the laser dept for years with absolutely a complete disgrace of a service from the reception and call center. Every single booking has to end up with cancellation for some reason, all because of the negligence pf their reception. Once because one of their call center employees kept ignoring my questions until it was the end of the day then she just shamelessly answered that she finished her working hours and that she’ll answer me tomorrow, which obviously she did not. Another time with me booking then coming to my appointment to find out she only booked me for a service that takes 30mins when I asked for a service that should take around 60mins and so they refused to let me in as they were closing up.
It’s a shame really that this center has so much more potential but just the fact that this management is operating it in such poor manner that it’ll eventually lose its loyal costumers, starting with me as I’m done putting up with their mistakes and actually paying for it every single time and I’m absolutely never going back there again and supporting an institution that doesn’t even try to hear its costumers voices.
