★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t experienced any inconvenience with this clinic, in-fact i’ve went to other clinics and I basically got bullied by one of the so called “doctors”. I had multiple sessions with the Specialist Rayan Aljohani and i can say nothing but he’s amazing and he knows what he’s doing. And if u’re gonna ask me about the reception they’re really calm and respectful. This clinic Overall is what saved me and a lot of people i know, in my opinion i don’t think anything less than what i’ve said applies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been calling them for a whole week to book an appointment (in different times during the day) but all the calls ended in 1 of 3 ways:
No answer
Straight to REVIEW THE CALL option
Automatic “all lines are busy” message
I can’t even tell if the Center is good, but based on their call center I highly doubt the service is better. The Doctors/Specialist might be good, but unfortunately I won’t be able to find out.
I’m actually really upset since I was giving high recommendations for this place from a trusted friend.
Note: I’m writing this while still being on hold for 10 minutes :)
Please fix this issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel disappointed and disrespectful when I tried to call reception they closed the phone in my face many times, and they canceled my appointment I’m waiting for six months for it!!! They are not helping people at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the doctor and front reception were kind, the wait time was unreasonable. I waited for 48 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I could see the doctor. This caused me to be late to work obligations I had afterwards, and since I was so pressed for time, I felt the actual consultation was less than ideal, as I had to interrupt to inform work I would be late, and also leave early. As this was my first visit, I was left with a bad first impression. If you go, you may be satisfied with the doctors, but allow yourself a lot of extra time in case they are running late by nearly an hour again.

We ask God to heal me and all Muslim patients. As for the electronic clinic, it has benefited me a lot and many of them are saving time, effort and cutting distances and miles as I work in remote area Far from Riyadh and at the same time I live in the eastern region
