★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the first time to rate a place but since my complaints to the manager and customer service didn’t work out I got to drop it out,
I have been a very loyal customer since 2018 and done many laser treatment sessions with them but sadly they disappointed me after canceling my appointment one hour before the date due to technical issues on the laser machine as they claimed,what was bothering the most the didn’t even offer a compensation as the literally blow my plans the most annoying part was the receptionist lady and the manager for her she was very impolite and lied about the call time even though it was recorded ? the manager didn’t take the compliment seriously and I had to call him to days in row to check.
