Most medicines are not available in the pharmacy .
Few reception staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service at the reception and the clinics' appointments. Even if the doctors were good; but with the way they handle the patients makes you have a second mind.
We had a scheduled operation, but when we went there they told us that there is no empty bed for the patient!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hospital in Jeddah. Excellent doctors must appreciate the hard work of the each employee's who are doing their great jobs. The doctors are well experienced and dignified. The cleanliness is always maintained. Nursing and caring has been done very well with the patients. Good communicating skills. Hygienic food supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with pediatric department. With doctor osman may Allah reward him with good health.
But he is too old to understand the problem. He gave my son who is 14 months old the medication of older people.
He did not change the medication n was blaming bupa for not approving. It took 3-4 hours with no use.
I hs to visit another hospital n medication the other doctor gave worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a surgery for acne infection they did unnecessary tests and staff didn't even understand english properly or the doctors had a confusion so much and my father had tooth pain and the so called doctor removed wrong tooth that was horrible experience i don't recommend this hospital avoid it.
