★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital has gone from great to worst. Long queues at reception. Lazy and unhelpful staff. Even the building and rooms need serious renovation. Just had delivery of my baby here and we had to wait over 12 hours in the emergency room because there wasn't any delivery room available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital with very well qualified doctors. Free wifi is available throughout the hospital. An economical cafe is also available beside the entrance itself. The online booking facility is also very helpful. Intially the hospital seems to be expensive but that's not the case. The consultation fees are acceptable and all major insurance companies are accepted. I had consulted neurologist Dr. Reham Said and she is too good. Highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment with days before, I traveled to Jeddah specially to attend this appointment and before my appointment within one hour the hospital calls me telling me that my appointment has been canceled because the doctor has a surgery!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to dr.shawky surgeon he checked me in very unsensitive way i ended up with pain and sleeples nite thanks to him,he made my situation worse althought i was feeling better before his check,what kind of doctors you are keeping there?! somebody recomended him but he was just big fail,if u need gentle surgeon dr.zaki dr.jamal abbas are the best and very gentle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist removed the wrong tooth for my son! I wanted to return to the dentist but my son was too traumatized from the anesthesia injection. After all that pain, it was the wrong tooth. The dentist removed the lateral incisor instead of the central incisor. Now I’m worried the lower teeth will become overcrowded. My son hasn’t even lost his upper front teeth. It will take some time before the permanent tooth to erupt to replace the missing tooth. I emailed the hospital but still no response. Should I complain to the ministry?
