★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff didn't seem to be interested to serve, for dine-in they are serving in take away box. When asked, they said they don't have plates. The food is good only if the staff behaviour changes than it would be good place to visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic karak tea. Average, floppy waffles. Pre-COVID they used to serve free ice-cold lemonade to everyone who stopped by, which was nice.
Recently, they've been having AC issues and the store gets too hot inside. I hope they fix it because I don't like it when the people preparing my food to sweat all over it.
Great for ordering takeaway.

The atmosphere is very nice and the seating outside is just lovely
The services is ten out of ten and they Are pretty fast in delivering your order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately i had to edit my review after few beautiful years dealing with them.
Nowadays, no one’s answering the phone, and if they answer they are so busy they will leave you on hold for a while and end up hanging up on you,
Today I ordered two boxes of mini pancakes and ended up receiving only one, and once I reach the car to enjoy my pancakes there was no cutlery with it.
I recommend to the owner to provide more workers to get the real Karak&waffle back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ordered Waffles with eggs and a small Karak.
The Karak was fine, not amazing but just good.
The Waffles on the other hand were disgusting! I couldn’t finish three bites out of the thing. The egg was plain with no seasoning to save its life, and the waffles were definitely burnt and flavorless. I took my full plate back to the cashier and left immediately.
PS: Absolutely over priced. Quality does not match the price even if it’s under 20SR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have good waffles and pancakes with different flavors. Also, they introduced a new item which is a waffles biscuit with 3 flavors I tried the dates and the dates with tahina. Only 3 branches across Jeddah that I believe is not enough especially for the north of Jeddah.
