★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeddah National Hospital is one the best economical hospital in Jeddah with very well qualified doctors. This hospital is highly recommended for the Asian expatriates in Jeddah.
The hospital has been expanded, the pathways and connections to different floors and buildings is confusing, always recommended to ask staff where to go as some sign boards are misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have mixed emotions while having to visit JNH.
Due to the medical condition of my wife its been like 5 years now that i regularly visit JNH. They did improve on some basic points but still pharmacy and insurance both sectors are nightmare to handle.
Employees and pharmacist both have rude manners and i dont know why but they seem to ignore you and reply you in such a disgrace manner i cannot define.
Internal politics within doctors and management is a known thing but me as a regular suffers alot
As i said mixed emotions on JNH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors in this hospital are qualified doctors. They know what they’re doing. But the nurses are the worse of all. The nurses does not care even if you die or you’re in pain. And i’m talking about the nurses that are in emergency section. I was so sick because of my mensuration. I couldn’t speak because of how much in pain I was. And when I went to the emergency section, the nurses were saying that i’m normal, i’m fine as if they know how much I was going through, they just wanted me to go from there fast. And they were laughing when the patients are in pain. Is this called respect? I don’t go there for free, of course I pay and they’re treating me as if I don’t pay anything. I’m definitely going to complain this to everyone. What a disgraceful nurses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous experience. Strongly do not recommended this hospital.
Did not provide the service that I required after qualifying for it. Walked out without a transfer or refund after the realisation that the Asian doctors teamed up against me to not provide me the service that was required.
This was due to a complaint that I made to management about a nurse called Zaydah who was extremely rude to me prior to my appointment.
Not dealt with efficiently or adequately. Totally disgusted.
Not to be trusted with one's care and health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. The nurses were not willing to see me in Emergency. Referred me to the Dr on duty who attended after a long waiting and in his chamber too, he was attending to some other hospital staff member. Thoroughly unprofessional staff as well as doctor.
