★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked appointment US abdomen and pelvis June 16 at 12:20 arrived before appointment registered and my housemase Ethiopian nationality has already been drinking water for the past two hours the technician had a bedside emergency, the person covering up for the technician was not available. The receptionist was trying to help but apparently the tech covering was just stralling the corridors she even looked at the requests and continued strolling around the department. Even after the receptionist asked her, she did nothing. My housemaid was already very uncomfortable and hospitals should have kind and caring staff. The lady who did the US finally was nice and kind phillipina lady she was hardworking and apologized that she was called for a bedside emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi.. the waiting list is too long and even with appointments the waiting time is still atleast 45 mins.
I wanted to mention this as a suggestion to thr hospital management. I brought my mother for follow up who is a chronic patient with multiple diseases and I am sure many elderly patients are also like this. There are big waiting rooms with lot of chairs but sadly no patient will be comfortable to sit on this chair for 1 hour.
Considering thr type of patient visiting the OPD clinics the waiting room and specially the chairs should be customized. For elderly patients to sit for 30 min to 1 hour there should be easy chairs like the ones in airport lounges. If the airport around the world can do this because they want the passenger to wait comfortably then why not the hospital do the same for the patient who are more deserving for better waiting conditions.
I hope the hospital management take some appropriate action for this and definitely this will create a difference in patient experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing quality of services. They cancelled my virtual appointment without informing me (not by text nor by call). I had to wait for the doctor to call me, and then after few minutes I called the hospital and they told me that my appointment was canceled - what kind of disrespect is that?
Also if you are covered by insurance, they will make your experience 10 times harder (even if you have a VVIP plan).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hospital. You will have great experience of hospital, doctors, nurses and support staff. After you visit, you receives an SMS to give feedback. You can use the opportunity to share the experience.
All departments doctors are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospital with a nice ambiance. Doctors are excellent and caring. Insurance process is very smooth. Receptions staff are great, and their English is good (A big plus point for Non-Arabs). Test results take time though (Ultrasound result should not take 1 day). Also, in many lifts, touch is not working.... Still giving 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best Healthcare and the best Doctors, unfortunately when you call their call center to book an appointment or open a file they have teenage girls with attitude they almost wanna spit on your face. Everytime I call and its a teenage girl I feel like I'm providing them a service with my patience over their attitude. It's outrageous honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good hospital, but it is crowded and its buildings are far apart. Movement breaks it couse a big problem.. The distribution of doctors, departments inside and outside is so bad, and the parking is insufficient because the main building and other buildings are not designed as a hospital
