I had a schedule today at 1:30pm and unfortunately they did not allow me to be vaccinated as there are no more vaccines available according to the guard. I rescheduled it to your hospital tomorrow, Im hoping you have available vaccines. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. The female staff that’s responsible for the appointment is unprofessional and impatient. No wonder the bad attitude, due to no one is evaluating their performance. Again worst customer service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest hospitals in Jeddah. A place where you don’t need to worry about being taken advantage of and actually being treated honestly and in your best interest. It may be located in a not so nice area but their good doctors and level of care is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give one stare while didn’t deserved. Very bad reception staff whom I deal right now which reflected there is no monitoring from the management comparing to other hospitals. Need to work more if like to continue otherwise will lost. the time many hospitals coming to open soon.

You do in fact have an appointment and came early? NO PROBLEM! come and wait. Waiting times can easaly be over 90 mins even when it's empty.
Some people enjoyed the wait so much they decided to get a refund probably to come back and wait some more on another day! Join the fun!
Friendly nurses will tell you "if you would like to wait then that's fine, and if you don't want to wait that's FINE TOO!"
at the end it was all OK because the hospital is in such a run down area that it's perfectly normal to have a run down system.
Definitely will come back and pay more money to wait when I feel like I hate myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say that when i need to get the vaccine on them they refuse me even ive got the appointment, but anyway ive got it in other hospital. Staff in Bakhsh were to lazy specially the one on the reception in covid vaccine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst, don't recommend it, such an awful rude attitude towards the patients from the female staff. You have to bear with them just [for few selected great doctors which the truth is that they have], otherwise, this whole hospital needs to be reviewed by the ministry or a modern team of project improvement.
I forgot to mention, the system of prescribing medication by their doctor, then go to the pharmacy and wait for 20 min just to be approved is another matter that has to be resolved, their logistics needs a definit upgrade.
