★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the entrance to court yard of Masjid e Nabawi and Ladies Gate No. 7. The hotel rooms are alright but washrooms very small. Housekeeping services are only available on request and follow up, hence, this area must be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good things.
- Plenty of lifts won't make you wait.
- Only 6-7 minutes walk to haram.
- have shops for Arabic dress, souvenirs and khurma next to hotel
Negatives
- Shower is very small. It also uses curtains and you will get the whole toilet wet if not careful. Not very clean also.
- Our room was facing a highway and was noisy (Andalusia won't let you change room)
- No empty sockets for charger. Need to unplug a TV or a mini-fridge to charge phone.
- Not easy to find this hotel when coming back from haram especially for elderly due to no visible hotel sign when coming from haram
- No iron provided. Don't bother to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room. Please book room 1114 for bigger space if u come with family of 5. But hoping the hotel management will fix the toilet or upgrade the toilet soon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A run-down hotel, the furnitures, bathroom in the rooms looks old, water pressure in shower so low. Two ultimate reasons for not need to return (hopefully) to this place, i) No heater in the room, so avoid staying here during cold weather. ii) The lift - too small, ineffective/no body sensor (mostly other guest - local especially) won't bother to hold the open button until you get in. Hence, I've to witnessed (usually i've been pushed to the back of the lift, so i can't help it) many guests being sandwhiched by the lift door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a short walk from Prophet's Mosque Gate 15. Wifi only available at hotel's lobby. It also served as Malaysian major haj and umrah operator, Andalusia, a lot of facilities a friendly towards southeast asian pilgrims.
The room cleanliness and upkeep is decent however the staffs service are occasionally helpful but less courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This the quality of service you get here. A broken minibar, AC controller and poor bathroom maintenance. I complained several times to the receptionists, but they clearly do NOT know nothing about the basics of customer service!
I had to stay there only, as the hotel I am used to staying in unfortunately had no available rooms on that day.
Don't go there! There are numerous hotels around with much better service at the same rates or even cheaper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had three rooms booked for four nights each. We ended up not staying. The first room given to us had vomit all over the sink, the second room's toilet was not working properly with human feces in it and the third room was someone else's so we had to excuse ourselves and back out of the room. The manager was nice enough to not charge us for the non-refundable rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budget hotel, it is my opinion as per international standards. Lots of rooms, mattress are hard. No extra top . AC works well. Toilets are fine but no glass curtain in shower area. Foods are good well cooked. Breakfast is fine. Some times it is over crowded during the Hajj season. Stuff are friendly and helpful. But the receptionist barely talks.
