A	Ayesha Amjad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pethatic. The room given to us was looking dirty with broken curtain road and bath tub. Even we werent able to close curtain. After complaint they gave us another room with broken sink we again complained then they upgraded us to a suite that has also broken sink. Cleanliness of all tje three rooms was same as first one. We thought to stay in medina for 3 days but luckily we booked it for one day. After seeing it we decided to find another hotel. Poorly maintained building dirty carpets. Stained wash rooms. Stained curtains. Broken washbesans and bath tubs. Even broken cupboard even when opened one sliding door wasnt able to close it. Couldnt ooen safe also no response from reception when called them to ask how to open it.
A	Ali Imran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalam o Alaikum I stayed there for 4 days. Room is spacious washroom is also spacious. furniture needs to be renovated. cabinet door was broken. Hotel is near Masjid-e-Nabvi exactly 5 to 7 minutes walk. Breakfast is complementary however there must be more variety, nuggets and fries are not a breakfast meal. pan cakes, buns, sausages, live omelettes, salads cerals must be added .variety for different nationalities should be there. front desk must know English as well. Crockery was broken there were crack inside the cup and plates. It takes more than half an hour to check in. home cleaning service is only available if you are inside the room. infrastructure is good however they must focus on their management. Wifi is pathetic. For each floor they have different modem but signals are weak. It's even hard to surf net so forget about video calling. Overall 3 star hotel not 5 star

R	Rana Atif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hotel I ever stayed Buliding is very old and rooms r full of smell Wash rooms r too small. Only name is big rest waste of money Could hv book another hotel and enjoy the stay. 1st and last time in this hotel.

Housekeeping was not done properly, when enquired it was informed that for 3 floors only one housekeeping staff was appointed!! No wonder why my rooms and toilets were not cleaned properly at the time of check-in. Only plus point about this property is that it's just 2 min walking distance from Haram (behind movenpick)

No wifi except lobby.1 star hotels also have wifi . Dirty smelly rooms and bath room. No proper restraunt. Staff unprofessional And un cooperative. Furniture is old and room service extremely poor. I regret my staying every second here . N they are charging way to much .rather get little far and get value for your money. Andthe attitude, they not showing any signs of improvement in near future

Also there were some problem with the bathroom and very hard to get it sort out. Have to follow up several times with reception. Reception also not fluent or understanding English. Not at all worth for the name and price.
