M	Maryam Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean amenities, friendly hotel staff. Breakfast lasts until 10 and it is absolutely delicious! Has family rooms at a moderate size however they could be larger. The elevator does become crowded before and after prayer times however it is very close to the masjid. Great food near by as well. Room service is great, so is the maintenance. I would love to come here again.

No WiFi Signals in the room and even week in corridor. I tried multiple times to call service desk and maintenance but typical pathetic response and whole day passed .. issue was not fixed Still I have few more days stay remaining.. lets see if anything good I observe.. till now only 1 plus point is that its closer to Majid E Nabwi Entrance 328

A	Akhlisa Nizar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too far from Masjid Nabawi :) Room was fine, though with four beds it was a bit tight, need more space for mobility. Bathroom was OK, clean, everything worked fine. Need more work on the bathroom floor and draining system(? I guess) as the excess water pooled after a while. The card to open the door often took a few tries before it could work. :") Lift could be a bit crowded with more jamaah coming. Housekeeping staffs were all nice and friendly, very helpful. They knew Indonesian a bit. ^^ The restaurant had a few suitable menus for Indonesian palate (the fried fish and all beef cuisines tasted especially nice) but some other menu - not so suitable for our liking I guess.. But OK. Liking the fresh oranges. And kerupuk, yay for the kerupuk.

First of all, they should fire the housekeeping manager, because we had an emergency and we asked to have our room available very quickly, and instead of making it clean ASAP they took more than 3 hours. They have a rule that check-in starts after 4pm but this only is applied if u booked from an agency, I saw booking reservations being gave to customers from midday. In fact all the managers are unprofessional. They will tell you the story that suit them but when u gave them facts they shut up and ignore. Also, the room are so so small so better be prepared. If you have 2 or 3 normal luggage u will not find where to put them. The hallway is also too small, you will have to break through if u have a wheelchair. I highly don't recommend it to anyone unless it suits ur budget but just be prepared.
M	Mohamed Ismail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its 10 minutes walk from the gate 329 of haram. The size of the room was small. Sound proofing was a bit poor from the entrance side. Other than that everything was good. Lifts are adequate in number even during the prayer times. Has a restaurant but Indian foods were sparse.
