A very excellent hotel and close to the Haram, but the service for renting and receiving rooms is bad, meaning that we arrived at 2 noon. The hotel gave us the room at 7 Morocco. As for the hotel, the rooms and the staff are very excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Если вы купили бюджетный тур на умру или хадж, то жаловаться нельзя.
Но если вы направленный выбираете отель рядом с мечетью я бы не советовал. Сервис ужасный. Номера старые. Ванные комнаты ужасные. При заезде не было полотенец. Дали через 2 дня только. После того как сказали раз 10 15.Белье постельное грязное. У некоторых ванной была кровь даже. Двери заедают, ключи меняли раз 3 4, так как размагничеваютсч постоянно.
If you bought a budget tour for Umrah or Hajj, then you can’t complain.
But if you are directional choose a hotel near the mosque I would not advise. The service is terrible. The rooms are old. Bathrooms are terrible. There were no towels upon arrival. They gave it only 2 days later. After being told 10 times 15. Bed linen is dirty. Some of the bathroom had blood even. The doors jam, the keys were changed 3-4 times, as they are constantly demagnetized.
