★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to stay with family and just 5 meters away from Haram's 15# gate.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Only drawback is that the lifts are very busy and you have to wait for 5-10 min in peak hours time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Mawaddah Al Safwah hotel twice with my family and if you are looking for a budget hotel then nothing better then this hotel. Hardly 2 minutes walk to haram and very suitable for ladies specially . Lifts are a big mess during Salah time and that's the only negative point because you might be waiting for a lift for almost 15 minutes. Rooms are not very big

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best thing about this hotel is its location. Rooms were fine and staff was cooperative. Sheets and Towels were all clean. Don't hope for basement parking as space is very limited and quite a number of parking spaces are chained and reserved. Overall satisfactory experience, and will definitely recommend for its great location and comparatively cheaper rent.

Location - it very near to Harm (gate number 15) which is one of the best things especially with family.
Price: Low priced
Negative points:
- The room was smelly
- Bathroom wasn't clean
- lifts skip floor many times, I had to go up many times while intending to go down because lifts were not even stopping on my floor.
- Access card malfunctioned many times; had to access front desk to get it fixed. Only one card was provided. Request for second card was refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of hotel is very close to Haram and that is big plus for this hotel. Check-in was fast maybe because not much crowd that time. Rooms are clean and prices are economical given the location. During prayer time, elevators are very busy and it takes lot of time to get a ride. Overall pleasant experience.

At an overall level the rooms are acceptable considering the price-point, however a combination of the facilities and staff make the place not worth it.
The staff's attitude towards guests is inexcusable. While I was awaiting check-in I witnessed the front desk staff:
- Disrespect some guest who were inquiring when their room would be ready
- Ignore some guests who came to the front desk for information by not looking at or acknowledging them
- Avoid guest by stepping out from behind the front-desk and sitting on couches in the lobby while guest would come to the front desk and wait for staff
On the facilities front
- There is something seriously wrong with the elevators, you could be waiting for 10+ minutes after requesting the lift and see the lift pass your floor multiple times without stopping
- The general restroom facilities are dirty and not regularly cleaned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very closely located Hotel, just 5 minutes walk from Gate No 14. ' perfect location for families. Hotel has limited car parking which is filled most of time. The cleaning standard is average. The lifts are crowded during prayer hours. The corridor carpets require cleaning but inside room.conditions was perfect. Overall Hotel is recommended for stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel in Madina, located 100 mtr. Far from masjid Nabawi near gate no. 15 ladies side. Prices are little bit high but the service and cleanliness of the hotel is very good.
Baqala shops and restaurants are very near from the hotels and some food chains like burger king, kfc are near to the hotel. Also u can visit the whole sale markets of date and clothes located on the back side of hotel on walking distance. Recommended
