★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel this. Close to Haram. Helpful staff. Car parking is free but very congested. You need to use all your driving skills to navigate through it. Best option would be to request the security to park your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is too narrow for 4 people. The bath room is nice and clean. Room lighting needs to be modernized. In walking distance to Masjid Nabawi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first look it was good but there was nothing special about it, but the servier was not that good we stayed there for 2 nights we asked for housekeeping twice but no one came , we found a packet of Cigarettes in one room and a vape in the other room , and it like no one vacuum under the bed at all it was disgusting. And they forget to registered us for breakfast for one day but that's OK the problem was solve but the servier at the restaurant was a little rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience. Walking distance to nabawi. But need to clean the whole room before accepting new clients .
It was so dusty that we have to mop the floor on our own.
The electric kettle was so dirty that can't be used. The bathroom has no floor towel and we have to use the bath towel on the floor to prevent slippery.
Same menu all the time throughout our 5 days stay. But delivering it to our room was very good service.
Laundry service was excellent and fast and cheap. Tquuuu...
Over all alhamdulillah for your hospitality.
