★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to gate 15 of Haram. Breakfast menu has a plenty of items to choose from. Clean and well maintained interior. However, it's look like a old building. I stayed 3 nights with kids with 4 separate beds. It was good for everyone price I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in an excellent location especially for women. The wireless internet service needs sum improvement. The breakfast facilities were excellent. The chef called essam was very hospitable and went to great lengths to ensure that our tastes were catered for. Credit to the chef ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Medina a few months ago and this hotel was pretty good. However I had some negatives about it. It was very hard to get on the the bath tub because, it is to steep. Also I was about to slip while getting off the shower because it was steep and my feet were wet. I liked the fact that it was close to gate 15 of the masjid. Overall a four star hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are so dirty and small the AC is not working the fridge has mold in it the people working there are so rude there is not even a water boiler.and most of the elevators dont work.And when u ask for something u get ignored. This Is The WORST hotel ive ever lived in. I Would gladly rate it 0 stars if i can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was very comfortable and the design of hotel was luxurious. I bought a double room and i love it. The bathroom has a bathub with a water heater that Made US can relaxe our body after the ritual in Madinah.
The location was about 200-300m to the prophetic mosque.
