★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good. Clean. Rooms are clean. Toilets are fine. Reception staff are fine. But the not good points are the location is not very good in a narrow street. Close to Al Haram in 10 to 15 minutes walk. The main disappointment is the parking area. Only 6 lots with very narrow space in between. It was really awful.

Room was very small for a couple. No table/chairs (well, how can they put those things, there wasn't enough space for that). Washroom was even more smaller. Dusting/vaccum was not done properly on the floor. No slippers available, not even in washroom, they didn't even have towels and tissue papers.
They offer free WiFi which is as good as nothing. To add to that, u can't use ur mobile data bcz signal is extremely weak there.
Also, online booking is done to save your time and avoid waiting at the time of check in. There were issuing hand written receipts which consumed extra time (if u are tired, every minute counts)
Only positive thing: it is closer to Haram (around 700m from the first gate towards clock tower)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a way to give half a star I will choose it. They didn't accept my reservation at Agoda website, and requesting me to pay another rate per room. I recommends any other nearby hotel due to their untrustness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor customer service! Please don't go here, the reception staff are soo full of themselves! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES!
Toilets in the room are also pretty disappointing. I disliked my stay here. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
