★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع الفندق سي ولا يوجد الا سيارة واحدة (قولف) بالفندق ويتم اركاب من الحرم إلى الفندق بأشخاص من غير سكان الفندق مما تضطر إلى الانتظار اكثر او تذهب مشي على الأقدام
تم انقطاع الكهرباء بالدور اللي سكنت فيه وبعدها بساعه انقطع الماء
لم يتم تشغيل الفندق بشكل كامل توجد أعمال صيانه بالفندق
الغرفة التي تم حجزها لي صغيرة جدا وليست حسب الاتفاق السعر عالي جدا مقابل الخدمات
موظف الاستقبال السعودي غير لائق وغير مهذب بالتعامل مع العملاء
مستوى النظافة متدني جدا جدا
