Only liftors were little as per guests and numbers of rooms, there was overcrowding waiting for liftors every time, I think it should be increased

Rooms have less space .
Housekeeping is very good.
Lift to good very fast.
WiFi only available at reception but WiFi not soo good.
Hotel distance from haraam sharif about 700m 5 to 7 min walk. Nearest gate no.1
Near hotel no parking .
Staffs are very cooperative .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevators are very crowded.... little far from haram....Bad odors from food....noise from next room shouting early morning... bathroom is very bad as connections are dropping water in the ground.... not wise to stay in as many other hotels are nearby haram with better quality....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable price with basic facilities. 550 metres away from Masjidil Haram and crowded especially along the street due to shops and markets there. Elevators are cramped most of the times especially after prayers approximately 20 minutes waiting. But wifi is free and fast too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very good hotel at all. Bathroom was way too small and extemely dirty. I also saw a cockroach. Reception staff are rude and not willing to talk to you. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby and it is very slow. Sometimes it does not even work at all. The tables in the restaurant always have food on them and don't look like they have been cleaned. The floor has bits of food everywhere. Only a small variety of meals to choose from and the same breakfast nearly everyday. The hotel is quite a long walk from the haram and overall it wasn't a good stay. I regret booking this hotel and advise you to choose a different hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their guests got lost in Haram. They did not give the old lady any identification or contact number. Poor lady was crying when we found her. Called her son in India and got the address. Very irresponsible
