They 100 % clean all rooms and floors and never had any problems staying at this hotel and is close to masjid Al haram

It is very very dirty with no customer service. And the receptionist is sleeping on the waiting room chairs and never come to you. The rooms carpets are smelling and is very dirty . Bad experience and waste of money
