Dallah Ajyad Hotel - Ajyad

This hotel is situated around 400 meters from haram. The room service is very bad inspite of requesting to clean the rooms and to change the dust bin they do not do. Even if we make complaint at reception they do not care and simply say dial number 4 from your room telephone which is useless . Wifi doesn't cover inside room. Only at reception and near the passage

Very very basic hotel . I have no idea why its showing 4 stars its not even 2 star hotel . It has 12 or 14 floors and you have to wait for lift for hours . The bathroom area is just 2 square feet. The dining area is depressing and without A/C , they serve you with wet plates and dirty table . The good part is only room ac and bed.

No idea which hotel the rest of you stayed at because this is hardly even worth one star. There is literally nothing good about this hotel. First of all, they have the most incompetent and the least helpful staff I've ever experienced, not to mention the most rude one as well. Secondly, the rooms are old, dirty, and not spacious at all. The carpet inside the room looks old and dirty. Look everywhere else, and it's the same story. The toilets had not been cleaned prior to our stay. The bedding and the towels had several stains on it even though they had been washed, once again showing just how old and dirty everything is here at this hotel. The facilities and the service are horrible. The shower cabin is small. The housekeeping service was nonexistent. We asked a guy if we can get some new towels, he said only every 2 days. We said we've already been here 2 days. He asked if it can wait 'till tomorrow, we said tomorrow is our last day. Then he reluctantly gave us new towels after we insisted, as if he had just been asked to do the most difficult thing in the world. He was already doing housekeeping and had a bunch of towels with him. You don't get water bottles at all, which you usually do at most hotels. If the Wi-Fi works, consider it a miracle because most of the time it doesn't. At least the AC works in the hotel room, which is about the only positive thing from this stay. In the lobby, sometimes the AC is on, sometimes it's off. We stayed here back in 2012, and I can only say the standard has dropped immensely since then. My advice to everyone is to stay at a better, more expensive hotel, but don't ruin your trip by staying here.

Assalamualaikum...Umrah and Hajj is not complete without any difficulties. In sense of that this hotel is doing their best but still lack in hospitality and service. 1. No Porter Service ( unless u pay them, if available) 2. Rooms are neat and tidy including bathroom. 3. Lifts not sufficient for guest ( always busy) 4. Reception and Security is of no use. Nobody helps anyone. 5. Staff is not helpful at all. 6. Rooms on the floors are located next to each other and passage very narrow and looks ghostly. 7. Location is good but is at uphill. Can be problem for wheelchair, pregnant and older persons.

I like the food in the hotel and if you like to walk about 10-15 mins from haram

The property is currently closed. However, some staff indicated that the property is due to function again starting Ramadan 2022. I hope there will be some refurbishment prior to opening again, since the property has gone through some rough period

Great hotel available in 2 bed rooms But want food supply to improve service

Stayed there in April 2017, Rooms are good in condition, Room service is nill amd zero staff cooperation. Haram is 600 meters and only 10mins walk very easy to go towards haram as downwards slope and when coming back to hotel slope is upwards to little hard because of tiredness. Restaurant also available there as scheduled time of meals. Wifi signals were in my room at 4th floor, no waiting at lift because nit very crowdy I think this hotel have 4 lifts and room view was towards haram road side. Rooms was spacious for two bed and fridge smell like dead mouse. No laundry or iron service. Overall experience was good Alhumdulliah.
