★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easley access to holy mosque.walking distance.good and clean rooms.good lobby.reception staff didn't know English and other languages except little bit of Hindi.almost good service but dinning room wash area very dirty or not clean always.i think the catering people wash there waste plate there.managment please care about to provide the additional wash area for there guests.....

The staff is very well mannered and helpful . .
Smooth check-in using any online services . .
The rooms are very small but neat and clean . . Can't expect better in budget price. .
Excellent place to stay for a week or so . .
Plenty of food, shopping and grocery options in neighborhood . .

Other than that, it is a dirty hotel, lacks cleanliness, the room smells terrible, the kettle does not work, there is no iron, the air conditioner does not work well, their reception did not answer any of my calls, and finally, this is the worst bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not stay here, but i have heard mixed reviews. I specifically chose another hotel closer to the haram, because this is 10 mins walk away from the courtyard, so about 20 mins walk from the mataaf and kaaba (if the security let you in). For me, who was pushing a wheelchair, this was too far and so we chose a hotel closer.
