★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid range Pilgrimage hotel with 2 to 4 bed rooms accommodation. Room service is satisfactory when called upon. No breakfast. Restaurants are available at Basements. A small caution for those with asthmatic issues; rooms are with old carpets. Closeness to the Haram is the best side of this Hotel. Takes just 6/7 mins walking to the Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to Haram. Apart from that its very poor. The rooms are tiny and congested. The bathrooms are dirty and have leaks. The aircon unit is broken with no controls and the food at the resturant it average at best.
There are no facilities at all and I would recommend people pay extra and stay in a better hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures they have up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all customer service is absolutely appalling receptionists are so rude. We booked 3 rooms and the toilets are filthy with bugs in them. No space for suitcases, broken wardrobe only good thing about the rooms are air conditioning other than that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lots of bug in room... Nobody was there to carry baggage during check in.....
No towels in bathroom... No ventrilation....
Old model AC producing lots of sounds....
Over all Cleanliness is poor.....
Only star is for minimum distance from Masjid Al Haram....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is dirty, toilet is the worst..do not even change bed /mattress sheet from previous guest.
Room have no space since they added extra bed for gaining a extra profit :p
.insects crawling under the bed, not worthy for 3 stars hotel..even budget hotel better than saraya"s room hotel.
But credit for hotel staff friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is near to Haram, and, whoever is keen to perform more rituals, in Haram this property can be selected.
Rituals to Almighty Vs Cost to property cannot be equated.
Some suggestions to improve the value;
1.Once booked through booking portal and reported by Guest, the room should be allocated on priority without delay. Faced bad experience and need to wait inspite of advance booking.
2. Window AC was not working. On complaint the issue was resolved. Kindly set ur HVAC system in order with scorching heat.
3. Rooms even it is small and crampy, it is important to keep neat.
4. Refrigerator shall be replaced as it is corroded and rusty.
5. Kindly provide beds proportionate to size of the room area.
