n	nurhayati zain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is a 20-storey cylindrical building. Located in the busy Ajyad district and facing the historical Jabal Qubasy. Room was adequate for two persons. Bathroom clean but could only get mildly hot showers?Only about 5 minutes walk from Haram.

S	Sarah Sarwar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time for lift is minimum 5 minutes everytime, also my room wouldn't open until 8-10 tries with the card keys, the hand shower is leaking making the toilet floor wet, the shower door was not closing completely which leads to wet floors, the fridge stinks like there was a dead body inside, the hairdryer doesn't work, the room carpet was not vaccumed well as there were hair sticking to feet which is very gross & the wifi here is very slow & doesn't work most of the times. The management is well behaved & polite but that doesn't make anything better. None of my problems have been solved yet & it's been 3 days, i didn't want to write a bad review about anything in Makkah city but choose your hotels wisely as we are paying huge amount to stay for a few days
D	Diofi Islami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to Al-Haram mosque, just 5-8minutes walk. The room is nice but, the air conditioner is so noisy. The food selection is also a bit boring. The elevator is sooooooo crowded. There're 6/8 elevators but sometimes we need to wait 10 minutes before we enter. Overall it's good but not really.
