★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was bit concerned after going through the comments before booking the rooms for my mom and Dad.Alhamdulilah the rooms are really good and its very near to the haram mosque.My Dad told me its around 5-10 minutes journey to haram mosque.And you will even get jamath below the building too(on road over carpet) .You can also find many restaurants nearby.Even Keralite food is available nearby.Cost of food from the restaurant within hotel seems high.If you book 3 persons room most probably they will give you 4 beds which might make slight difficulty within the room. Overall its really good and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST WORST WORST. don't book at all.First of all it is hard to find where it is cause it is in the background of bridges and other hotel buildings. Secondly It is at an inclination which means you have to hike for 10 minutes to reach the hotel, stupid idiot location. Third, there is no dedicated AC remote in any room. They have a person who visits each room to open the AC. Unbelievable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with online booking, it's shown as 3 star hotel, when we reached different scene we came across like it's actually 1*. And room is totally wrong with no proper doors and no proper lock. I will provide zero (0) rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the room was kinda smelly when I entered. There was no one to take my luggage to my room. I was shocked when the guy said this is the key and there is your room. when I asked who will take my luggage he said something like you do it yourself. The lift also malfunctioned once. there is NO FOOD OPTION. the only good thing is that it is around 12-15 min walk from Haram. Probably the only reason it was crowded in the not so peak season.
