โ โ โ โ โ It is situated in Mecca. Nice hotel. Clean rooms and washrooms. I am really enjoying the stay here. I came here with a tour for pilgrimage. They made us stay here. And it's awesome. Though there is a problem with lift. Lifts should upgraded.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poorly light rooms, dim lighting. No proper cleaning service. Dirty bathroom at first day itself. Washbasin choked up. No communication at all by Receptionist. Rude behaviour of staff. Very bad Smelly menzaine floor where the buffet food is arranged. Duration of stay 6 days โ 2Jan2020 to 8Jan2020...

โ โ โ โ โ 700m from haram, at par hotel, lack proper service. Room cleaning taken once in 3 days. The non Saudi guy at the reception is not at all helpful. They also didn't provide water in rooms. You have to take it from down

โ โ โ โ โ Wifi access only in Ground floor itself. Lift facility is bad.
Only hot water is available and if i informed to authorities, then they said it's complaint. (Not given solved)
Canteen service is good.
15 minutes have walk to reach at Masjid Al-Haram.
