And this Saudi guy "Ziad Al Yazid" is very bad and bot polite, we told him we want to complain but he told go to government

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly staff. Didn't want to give me room which I have booked and fully paid to them 1 month before as now they have higher price for that room. Got the room after 2 hrs. of arguement with their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wifi doesn't work, and the AC takes some time to cool the room. There's barely anybody at the reception most of the time. Apart from that, it is nearby Masjid al-Haram, and the rooms are relatively clean (apart from a few bugs) and spacious. The bathrooms are like those you would find in Bangladesh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamünaleyküm, staying here during my Umrah trip :) the hotel is very basic, room not really clean, very noisy old air-conditioning (better than nothing), restaurant not clean as when I was having my breakfast there was last night's dishes left on the table! And crew was preparing lunch on the kitchen floor! Receptionist well he looked like he fed up being there :) apart from all that all good :) 10 mins walk from Kaba :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, near Masjid Alharam, at a distance of about 800 meters, at a walking distance. You are tired when you go to the hotel after performing Umrah, because it is located at a continuous height from Masjid Alharam. Rooms are nice, bigger than the usual rooms in a typical hotel. Lifts are fast and multiple. Rent is ok for the amenities provided although there is a need to improve a lot as far as room amenities are concerned. At least there should be a kettle and/or a microwave oven in the room. There were no towels and bathroom shoes in the
room, but water temperature was ok. Cleanliness is ok. WiFi only working at the ground floor and not in the upper storey rooms. There is a mess for paid dinner or lunch but food is not provided with every booked room. Due to proximity to the Haram and reasonable rent, it is a good choice for Umrah pilgrimage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No WiFi in rooms. No room service to clean room. Bad smell in the bathroom. Cold water for shower. Old equipment . Very noisy air conditioner. Large room. Reception often empty. Bad hotel. I do not recommend.

The staff was cooperative.
One problem, irrespective of the number of people they only give one room key.
The location on Google Maps will take you on the wrong road, the back of the hotel. I would suggest for people who are coming through Google Maps to Pin the road in front of the hotel and then start direction.
You can find parking easily but it's paid parking,
Taxis are available in front of the hotel 24 Hrs a day
Walking distance from Masjid Alharam, 10-15 minutes walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the money we were charged it was horrible. We arrived to see an undone bedsheet and a poor bathroom. The bed had stains on and the room was way too small. There were wild cats outside and inside the lobby. The bathroom had a disgusting toilet and no toilet paper.
Not recommended by me I hated it
