★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing hotel. The only problem is there's only 3 lifts for a 24 floor tower with soooo many people wanting to go down at the same time for prayer. Getting a lift after azaan happens is basically impossible. But ofcourse this could be solved by going to haram early and coming back little late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent hotel, 110m to elHaram facing King Fahd gate is the best part abt this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and kind, esp the housekeeping staff Shahab serve & made sure we felt like own home.
Just a bit compliments abt lift was very busy especially during prayers time and drop off/pickup point a bit far from lobby. Overall I love staying here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proximity to the Haram is the best part about this hotel. The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the housekeeping staff that was responsible for our room. Jehangir made sure we felt right at home everytime we came back from our prayers. The mall downstairs has many food choices including local restaurants and international fast food. Overall the stay was very comfortable and i highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Makkah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their mentality:
1. Drop-off parking is free for 10 minutes, but the receptionist takes at least 15 minutes to serve you.
2. Hotel guests pay SR7/hr, but they do not have rooms available immediately, thus if you leave to park elsewhere in the mean time, they charge you SR23 even if you have a booking, because you cannot present a room number.
Gauge from here what you're in for when dealing with them.
This has become the new mentality around.
Unfortunately many people conveniently pay up, so formal crookery has become the order of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent sometime trying to locate the hotel reception, a few signs might make the visitor's life much easier.
The bellboy guided us to our room through the basement parking!! The floor was wet and my wife slipped badly, he did not even express his sympathy.
The first room I got was filled with big flies, I demanded moving to another room. I received an upgrade and was provided with a bigger room with a Haram view, unfortunately the toilet was smelling like urine big time.
In a nutshell the receptionist who assisted in my check-in was very friendly, the hotel location is exceptional and that's it, everything else is awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor hygiene. The staff was nice but very unhelpful.
Had a good view of the mosque but apart from that does not deserve to be called a 5 star hotel.
The carpets had dirt and debris (a lot of it )
And the way to the hotel is closed of most of the time (by the local police, can’t really blame the hotel ) but super hard to get dropped off close by. Crazy.
