★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to take in a cat I found in the streets for check up. Also they made me wait in the sun during ramadan as their store policy only allows one visitor to enter (don’t mind that to prevent viruses) but it’s too hot they should do something about it. Also over priced for nothing, wish i was paying for experienced well educated ppl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to check the various kinds of pets available, it's a heaven for pet lovers. One can easily find hamsters, rats, fishes, cats, dogs, birds, rabbits according to their liking. Pet food and pet care products are also available.

First, the workers inside they don’t speak either English nor Arabic we could barely communicate with them.
Second, They don’t have any expertise in what they are actually doing !
Third, The cut was completely horrible, the fur was literally cut in patches…. !!!!!!!!!!
It’s VERY devastating to look at the cat !!
I HIGHLY *DON’T* RECOMMEND animal grooming at this store !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mini mini indoor zoo so as to speak. Though there aren't pretty much here but i may say its enough to keep yourself or your family amazed. As for the veterinary clinic, the picture i took can illustrate it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big pet store but fewer variety of pets available compared as before. Their collection of aquarium fishes are not healthy and some of sick condition. Aquarium hobbyist's paraphernalia and fish care kits are very limited. But still a place worth for a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my local pet shop, its near me and i go there 2 times a month. i always get my dog supplies and food from there, a little overpriced but my dogs favorite food is from there, a couple days ago i took my dog for a checkup since she had 2 small bumps on her head, they gave me the right medicine and it went away in less then a week!! I highly recommend this place. I just have one problem, the staff are not very friendly as they would be talking in the phone while they are talking to them, they ignore your questions and dont seem very happy to be there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this place. This place is well organised and has a wide variety of pet feeds and accessories for all kinds of pets. From and fish to horses and anything in between, including birds, cats and dogs. They do have a veterinary section too, but I did not explore that section.
They do sell livestock too. While the dogs were very limited at the time I visited, I liked their cats and birds stock. They seemed healthy, friendly and eagerly calling us to pick them up.
One thing I did not like was that the large parrots like Amazons and African Grey's were kept in a cage too small for their sizes, so much so that birds could only turn around. This kind of housing causes stress to these birds and makes them sad, which in turn made me sad. I am hoping this was only for some display time.
I would definitely visit again and recommend visiting the place to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was only there to get bird seeds and ended up waving and checking all the doggos. I loved the Shiba Inu's they were adorable, there wasn't any sign that says they're for sale. The German shepherd seemed unhappy, I wonder if they are taking the dogs for walks, I hope they do
