★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the aquariums filter was off and I complained to the short person working there. He didnt care and we saw the fish die in front of us. It was horrifying and abusive. Some of the other fish even ate the other fish because we saw the floating body and scales on the floor. I think the workers are mean to the animals to let that happen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ huge variety is available for pets like cats n dogs but nothing else. Very limited supplies for fish food and almost none aquarium related things. Staff isnt much friendly or helpful. For cat lovers this place has lot to offer as they have variety of cats plus their supplies. Location is nice n easily accessible even for the disabled which is nice to have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my dog there for 10 days because I was travelling,I thought it was a safe place but when I went to pick him up he did not want to go with the workers!God knows what they could have done to him…The place is filthy and they don’t bother to clean the cages,when I went home my dog was infested with ticks!!!Never going there again.
