It was an amazing experience, the services provided by this establishment exceeds expectation. The prices are beyond reasonable, cheaper than most clinics with the service better than most pet shops. Super professional staff, specially the receptionist Jawaher who was welcoming, offered services before the appointment through WhatsApp and took a good care of me as a client. They made my pet super comfortable and offered treats without extra payment to comfort my dog before and during the service. They took their time with my pets and made sure she was comfortable before proceeding with the service required, this can cause you to be there for a couple of hours but it was worth it. Please plan ahead to spend a couple of hours for them to provide the best service they can. The quality of the service, establishment and client care raises the bar so high for other clinics. They offered Arabic coffee, water, comfortable waiting area and chilling music playing in the background. They assured me that my pet can do as she pleases and it is a safe space for her and all other pets to enjoy themselves, although my dog had a little accident but they insured it was fine and they cleaned it up very well super quickly.
I did ultrasound for my pet and a shower, I think it’s obvious that im super happy with the service. They care about the owner as well, what ever I wanted they made sure to make it happen.
They offered me a 30% discount for the slight delay.
I highly recommend you visit this clinic.
