1. The staff are very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.
2. They have a great selection of pet supplies.
3. Reasonable prices.
4. The place doesn't smell like death. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The way that they treat Animals is cruel i went there to get my cat nails clipped and the man hits my cat by his head! So unprofessional dirty never going there !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the best place if someone want to have a bird or turtles they have variety of them (their tortoises looks healthy).
The worst thing is that they sold us diseased bird which they claimed a healthy bird and when we called them they refused to return it so we had to visit the vet and bought some medications.
