โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional, staff. Salesman on reception totally refused to answer any questions and referred us to the other guy who indifferently answered our questions while not taking his eyes away from his cellphone. It was very bad experience, our kids were so excited to adopt a pet but weโre refused to leave because of staffโs behaviour. ( There were two other workers who were busy in taking care of pets, Iโm particularly talking about the guy on reception and one who looked somewhat like him in resemblance, attitude and indifference...very disappointing experience)
