they did not deserve even one star
Long time to book appointments for visa office
The do not even know what is the requirement for each visa
I send them my daughter birth certificate to translate and attach to the application and they did not attach it
The British embassy contacted them many times and emailed them many times to attach the birth certificate and they did not respond or even call us
Lastly the embassy contacted us we discovered that they emailed them since 28/4/2022
I did not receive my daughter passport till now and my flight is next week
