 Unspeakable disrespect, I came from a very, very far place, and the shop was closed at 4:55 pm. I hope to stick to working hours and work more formally and hold the employee accountable

عندي ملاحظة الموظفه ام زمام مهما كان ضغط فالعمل لابد ما انك تتعاملين مع الناس بشكل افضل من الي شفته بالنسبة للموظفات الباقين ممتازين فالتعامل الله يسعدهم ♥️
The perfumes are good, like the classic, the crown, and the pencils. These are the ones I bought
The rest of the stability I tried
I have a note: the employee or the reins, no matter how pressured the work is, you must deal with people better than what I saw for the rest of the employees are excellent. Dealing with God makes them happy ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اعطيهم ثلاث نجمات على عطوراتهم واسعارهم حلوه لكن عندي ملاحظة عن موظفتهم (الي قاصه قذلتها) اخلاقها واسلوبها سيء مرررا اتمنى انهم يغيرونها او يشوفون حل معاها وباقي الموظفات عسل ماشاءالله لو هم موموجدات كان طلعت من المحل وما اشتريت شيء.
I give them three stars for their perfumes and their prices are good, but I have a note about their employee (whom a storyteller humiliated her).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ محل عطور جميل فالبدايه الروأح نفس بعض بس يوم رحت للبيت طلع كل واحد اجمل من الثاني . بس عندي نقطه مهمه وانا جالس اشمشم العطور والموضفه تعطيني كروت اشم انا دخت صراحةً من العطور لني كل واحد يشبه الثاني فقالت لي لا تجي مره ثانيه رح للعقيق موضفين رجال بيفهمون ذوقك ! بس طبعاً طنشتها وجات موضفه ثانيه وقال معليك منها حنا موجودين لخدمتكم . وشكراً لكم
A beautiful perfume store, in the beginning, the spirits are the same as each other, but the day I went home, each one came out more beautiful than the other. But I have an important point while I am sitting and smelling perfume, and the lady gives me smell cards. I frankly smoked perfume because each one is similar to the other. She said to me: Do not come again, I will go to the agate, employing men who understand your taste! But, of course, I called her, and a second female employee came and said, "Please, we are here to serve you." Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشكر البائعة اللي كانت متواجدة بهالوقت خدمتها ممتازة وكانت قمة في الادب والرقي والتعاون ساعدتني في اختيار العطر المناسب كنت بشتري عطر واحد هدية وطلعت ب ٣ عطور و بخور ايضا ومررة روائحهم جميييلة جدا وكان عليها خصم ٤٠%
I thank the seller who was there at the time. Her service was excellent, she was a top in politeness, sophistication, and cooperation. She helped me choose the right perfume. I would buy one perfume as a gift, and I came out with 3 perfumes and incense as well, and they smell very nice, and they had a 40% discount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت هذا المحل ليلة البارحه لأنتشار سمعته في الآونه الأخيره ، محل عطور صغير وملموم روائحهم حلوه لابأس فيها ..
صراحة البائعة اللي بالمحل خدومه والله يوفقها ، لكن ينقصها احترافيه اكثر في طريقة استقبال العميل بأبتسامه وترحيب لأن هذا الشي ينعكس ايجاباً على رضى العميل واستمراره كعميل دائم .
* هذا نقد بناء اتمنى الاستفاده منه وشكرا للجميع واتمنى لهم التوفيق والنجاح .
I visited this shop last night because of its recent reputation. It is a small and well-known perfume shop. Their scents are sweet and ok.
Frankly, the saleswoman in the shop is very helpful and God guides her, but she lacks more professionalism in the way of receiving the customer with a smile and welcome, because this is reflected positively on the customer’s satisfaction and continuity as a permanent customer.
