★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop did not open until maghrib & they had not mentioned the timings. I had to contact Bahrain office to know if the shop will ever open!! Secondly they have stopped production of certain items which I required. It's comparatively expensive then Ajmal and Arabian Oud but with better containers. The fragrances are very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop doesn’t not open until 4 pm, so if you’re going to Al Nakheel for this store your better off waiting until then - which I find quite ridiculous. The mall shouldn’t allow stores to open as the please, stores hours should be regulated. However, the last time I went they had a good selection but if Arabian Oud is cheap, I’ll go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is located inside Nakheel Mall. I went there as i got a recommendation however, the shop keeper was not interested in selling and did not offered his services to me at all. He showed me an oud or so and was likes that all i have.
Not going there again. Sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has gone down the drain lately. Used to have very attentive sales people, now the new ladies seem to not care and barely know the products they are selling. I still rate it because of the products and value, but definitely not service.
