★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سياسة سيئة للغاية يطلعون روحك في الأستبدال ويفرزون القطعة فرز عشان يطلعون فيها عيب بالغصب يطلع لك العيب عشان ماترجعها وإذا أصريته ع حقك قالوا لك لازم ترجع من نفس الفرع أللي شريته منه صار لي في بنوراما ورحت للمملكة عشان أرجع من الفرع أللي شريت منه حصلت نفس المشكلة مع زبونه ثانية رفضوا ياخذون منها القطعة ألا أجباري تروحين للفرع أللي شريتي منه !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفه في فرع المملكه رفضت تبدلي بنطلون ٣٥٠ ريال بمقاس اكبر تقول انه راح التاريخ وهو توه سته ايام والاستبدال ١٤ يوم
مع انه فهمتها انه انا يوم ٩ جيت بدلت فستان ببلوزه وشريت البنطلون ودفعت قيمته بس طلع ضيق يعني ماله دخل بالقطعة الاولى حسبي الله عليها ....
