★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store always has a pleasant smell, contrary to other pet stores. It looks very clean and modern. As far as I have seen, staff members treat animals with partial respect, which is good because most other stores treat them like cash bags. The prices are a little too extreme for some things but it's safe to say your animal (in my case, cat) is in safe hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a puppy that was supposed to be male and after a while when I visited the vet for the vaccine they told me it was a female puppy. I contacted the owner they refused to help or even replace my puppy with a male one.
The shop is devious and they will lie to you to get your money. They are overpriced for a bad service they have. I recommend you take your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with this shop, I bought three pets from them (two puppies and kitten) the kitten had worms in her ears and ilI paid a lot of money to treat her and one of the puppies had skin fungus and the 2nd puppy was supposed to be a male as per my request and the contract with them but a veterinarian told me it’s a female puppy and I called them the owner was too greedy and asked for an additional amount from me to correct their mistake and return the wrong gender puppy with a male based on the contract.
Never dealings with this shop again or recommend to anyone as their customer service is bad and they care about the money even when they are at wrong and their pets are overpriced compared to the other big shops in Riyadh

The shop is new and they have a wide variety of fishes, unlike other pet stores the staff are knowledgeable of the pets they keep.
They have good stocks of fishes, cats, hamsters and birds.
The price is competitive and not too overpriced.
