★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shaving skills was good for cats . Bathing was horrible they were so harsh with my cats , water was not supposed to touch there ear from the inside and they did the opposite!! Water all over there faces and inside the ear !. Horrible experience with them never coming back for bathing my pets.

1 - horrible experience with bathing my cats
2- they cut my cat nail too short and the part under the nail I didn’t notice until i came back home and saw blood all over his paws he is in pain and it’s still bleeding.
3- i saw the worker grab my cat from the throat to take him for bathing !!
4- the dogs upstairs looking depressed and sad they let them sleep and eat on iron cages with no pads or comfortable bed or anything
Cats too!
( please if have a hart and humanity don’t buy any pets from them just go and adopt pets from other places let them lose this place it’s horrible to take cats from streets and sell them for higher price this not good at all ) ( ADOPT don’t BUY)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not a pet store. It's much more. It looks like a mini zoo. Much more options than what a normal pet sore has. Lots of variety of mammals, birds, dogs. Most surprising was to see snake as well. Must visit for pet lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible place for animals. The cats are in small cages, they put three dogs together in the same cage. The dogs are jumping and hitting them selves because they want to play and run that what they’re suppose to do. When I asked him he said “we take them to a private place so they can play for half an hour?”. I was supposed to believe him. The cat food they sell is sooooo overpriced. They sell a single KIT CAT 80g can with the price of 8 riyals whereas the known price is 4.5 riyals per can in other stores.
Never coming back again.
