★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good grooming service, but I don't care for the way that the puppies are treated, as they should be placed together within an open floor area, surrounded by a dog gate.
Dogs are social animals and need a lot of care, attention and affection, so kindly please provide this environment for them.
If the above treatment was observed, I would have given a much better rating.
And speaking of dogs, how come there's not much dog food or snacks?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the WORST animal store on the planet, all their animals are sick, and no one literary no one cares about them, honestly IDK how people buy stuff from them, and animals, I recommend everyone to shut them down because it's not only me previous people have complained about this, unhealthy animal, no good care for the animals, the staff is so rude and disrespectful .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the prices of the pets are reasonable, you need to make sure they are not sick. As I am from a medical background, I made sure to have a full vet check up out of my pocket along with stool analysis to check for worms and a CBC right after buying a puppy from them. We discovered that the puppy has anemia due to worms in its intestines. Of course, they will deny any problems from their side although the puppy was with us for less than 24 hours and the vet check up was done within the first few hours. The puppy also had a tick. We ended up doing full treatment for him in other vet clinics.
You should not also trust the vaccine card that they give you. They claimed that they gave the first vaccine shot and the worker in the shop have done all the registration once we made the purchase. He just got a vaccine sticker from his drawer and stick it into your card. We discovered later that the vaccine was actually not done and we repeated the shot elsewhere.
Although the workers in the shop will seem helpful but they are not experienced and not professional.
This shop is very filthy. It seems their pets are full of parasitic infestations. They are even cheaters in the vaccination recordings.
They pose a threat to public health safety and they should be investigated by the proper officials.
