★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a rescued 5 day old kitten there, the vet was sooooo helpful, was happy to give us some tips and educate us without charge. Even gave us his number and said to call any time. We took him up on it and he responded very quickly. A true animal lover..right person in the right place.. God bless him??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my cat for a shower and a haircut. The haircut was fine, the shower was straight up waterboarding. It's winter and the water was really cold. They put my cat in a metal cage and just blasted him with water. Their scissors and blades were sanitized but their brushes and rubber scrubbers were not, they've been used multiple times. It was overall really stressful for my cat, and myself. Probably not visiting them again.
And 3 of his nails are bleeding, either from the nail cut or how aggressively he was pulled from the cage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will find many kinds of birds, rabbits, cats and dogs. Price is not fixed, the workers there just guessing it. Some of pets are not for sale but they are in showroom. Pets cubes are not clean and smelly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were not accomodating at all. When new customers came, he only assisted for 5 minutes and then went out and left us unattended while we were still making an inquiry. Also they have to improve their knowledge of the pet breeds and specie type they are selling.
