★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forced to one star, don't trust them, given a kitten next day he was sick with Corona virus, return was refused by the shop, only after 10 days and threats they took him back, I feel sorry for the cute kitten, I would keep him but family's worries. Looking for another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was less than average, the way they clean the pets is utterly disgusting. It was so forceful to the point where my cat had to bite and scratch to be let free, she never does that unless you annoy her or make her mad, not only that but they didn’t even cut her nails properly, i came home and checked on the nails since I doubted they even did and it was horrible. The nails weren’t cut correctly and they weren’t cut all the way through. My cat barely stepped out of carrier and it looked like she was incredibly sad, I gave her treats and all. I would only recommend you buy stuff from there if you have enough money. I wouldn’t recommend the showers and such since it seems abusive. Not only that but they keep the dogs in literal CAGES that are meant for Parakeets (a type of Parrot) it was so depressing to see them, they all looked malnourished and depressed. And all the cats look like they aren’t given the time to play around the shop and instead live 24/7 in those little tiny glass cubicles. Horrible. Also, to that young gentlemen, never touch my cat again, she never wanted to be grabbed by you and she never wanted you to fix her collar, ask me before you do that.

they are unprofessional and i don’t think they are qualified to do the job, they are just hired and taught the job on our valuable pets.
Check the service from other groomers from Malaz area and you can find they are much more qualified and humble people especially Philipino groomers.
And the price for the pets especially dogs and cats are high too with them.
Try searching for original breeders from Dammam for competitive prices and never go for resellers like these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a cute kitten from the shop next couple of days he got so sick and wouldn't do anything but sleeping, i took him to the vet and they diagnosed him with Corona Virus and "FPV" which is a deadly virus. I have admitted him to a vet for two days stay for maximum and closer care yet 1 day later he was dead. Plz be careful I'm not sure they take precautions whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a kitten and then I found out she has fleas and fungus that I had to treat with my own money, when I came back to get my cats fur cut the staff was iffy about giving us our free cut and bath, my 2 month year old kitten now has multiple cuts on her body because the staff were just chatting as he was buzzing her fur. Overall a bad experience wouldn’t recommend.
