م	مشاعل العنزي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رحت لهم عشان احمم قطوي و حصلت مشكله بدفع و انتظرو لين احلها و استقبلوني احلى استقبال و تعاملو معي بكامل لطف و عطوني معلومات عن استحمام القطط و النظافه عندهم قبل شي بصراحه الله يسعدهم و يوفقهم لو برجع عشان تعامل الموظفين و النظافه و جمال المحل و الاسعار المعقولة لو فيه اكثر من ١٠ نجمات عطيتهم و احلى شي القطط اللي فيها فطريات ما تدخل المحل عشان سلامه باقي الحيوانات I went to them to bathe my cat, and I had a problem with payment, and they waited for me to solve it, and they received me in the best way. They treated me with all kindness and gave me information about cats’ bathing and hygiene before anything. Is it reasonable if there are more than 10 stars I gave them, and the best thing is that the cats with fungi do not enter the store for the safety of the rest of the animals

W	W M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف اخذنا ارنب سبب حساسيه لاهل البيت وعند استبداله رفض وبدون استئذان من المشتري حتى القفص اخذه واعطاه ناس على كلامه تبني تعامل غير راقي لا انصح التعامل معه Unfortunately, we took a rabbit, because of his sensitivity to the people of the house, and when he replaced it, he refused, and without permission from the buyer, even the cage took it and gave it to people for his words, adopting a dishonorable treatment. I do not advise dealing with him.

I bought a bird they convinced my to buy under a week ago, and from the first couple of days his energy started to go down until eventually in under a week he passed away. I took him to the vet twice within the six days I had him and both times the doctor said it was some sort of internal bleeding and illness.
