The good :
The prices are good, Staff are helpful, friendly and they remember their customers (WoW), they always have your needs from accessories to food, place is clean, really clean
The Bad:
No pets, what you find there are hamsters rabbits or some poor cat and on rare occasions a parrot that's too friendly to defend himself, parking is hard to find, the location is a bet far from my home but that's my fault, I should move closer because I love this place and I shop monthly for my bets
Don't go anywhere else, best prices all-around and most fresh food for your pets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a WASTE OF TIME!!! I called them this morning to get my cat groomed he told me they are open at 8pm today!!! Wasted my Uber drive there only to find the place closed!!! And on their website it stated they are open!!! So incompetent unreliable! I took my money else were!!! Never again

Great service, great variety of treats. It’s my to go to pet store in Riyadh. They also deliver to your home.
Hope they open a bigger store soon.
Note: Never tried their vet/dr so no comment.
