Visited there to get Urinary Care food from Hills Prescription Diet. Got 1.5 kgs pack for SAR. 110. Seemed expensive but had to get it for my cat, Casper.

Unfortunately the vibes are not welcoming, the staff are either on the counter using their phone and barely talking to you when you ask, or sitting outside the shop leaving only one guy working inside and a long line of customers, the veterinarian may be rude/uncooperative sometimes. There's no list of prices and I didn't get a receipt after any of my visits to that clinic Note: all my visits were in the night shift (around 9pm) if that makes any difference

I plead every one of you to never visit Aleef Care Vaterinary clinic. Although the doctors are very kind and emphatic, they are not professional and are inexperienced. I had a persian cat, aged 1 year. We noticed him getting weak so took him to the clinic. The diagnosed him kidney or liver might have infection. They were confused, and gave him dose of antibiotics for two days. His health got worse after that. He was at least being active before but after the doses his health kept getting worse. We then noticed his sleeping alot more than usual and not eating properly. So, we took him to a different clinic, the vet there said he has liver infection. And that the antibiotics are very harmful for his condition as they attact straight on the liver. The vets of Aleef clinic, misdiagnosed him and gave him the wrong medication. Which caused him to die. My only regret is that I took him to this clinic and trusted them. I should have consulted different doctors. I don't want others to go through what I went through. So, it's my humble request to not take your pet to this clinic. And even if you do, please consult different vets before the medication starts.

Aleef is one of the best veterinary clinics in Riyadh, especially Dr, Samiha and Hela, I always take my cat for them because they are doing their job perfectly, and they don’t care about the money. All thanks to them ?✨

Generally good clinic, but busy with customers most of the time. Try to avoid the Saudi male doctor who is slim and wears glasses, he is not professional at all! He gave my 3 kittens a vaccine without checking their weight, temperature , or even if they have any infection/disease! (Later on i found out that they had ear infection although they took the vaccine)

We have been using Dr. Sameha as our vet since our cats were kittens. We visit her quite frequently, since one of our cats has asthma. She has always been very dedicated and caring. Recently, we had our cats neutered by her and it was a bit of a tricky procedure due to the cat’s asthma. She was extremely careful and attentive; we were very comfortable and happy with her treatment of them and the surgery turned out great. She will definitely continue being the vet we visit for our cats.
