I checked in a room, found broken furniture, dirty drapes, broken toilet seat covers , no towels , and zero sound isolation. To be fair , internet connection is excellent .I understand the constraints of low budget hotels , but small low cost actions by the hotel management can make a big difference.

J	Jonas Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first room that was assigned to me was very small and smells like a comfort room. I asked the Egyptian front desk to change my room, which he kindly did. I liked how he manages the front desk, he was helpful, considerate and professional. The night shift front desk officer was unwelcoming; I think he needs to train more on how to deal with costumers in a more professional manner. Overall, the location of the hotel was great with a restaurant beside it with delicious food and nearby coffee shops.

The management should have informed earlier or better not accept reservations if this is the case. The pakistani front desk receptionist is also not approachable. He couldn’t even help me contact their main hotel. What a waste of time and money. I don’t recommend booking in this hotel.

I book and paid online for 2 days stay but when i arrived they said they are not accepting any customer due to hotel was used as quarantine facility. They should have informed ahead of time and not the day the person arrived. I asked for refund but they said they are not giving any refund, its not the customers fault and they are not willing to help for the problem to be solved. Then i asked for customer service number, they give number which is not ringing. I hope management can fix this problem.

K	Kholah Saeed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A horrible place to be. Extremely dirty. We had to quarantine here for 5 days which was a nightmare. When we reached the sheets pillows were not changed. The room had not been cleaned seemed like ever as there were layers of dust all around. The carpet had bundles of hair. When I asked for cleaning they simply refused that they can not clean the rooms of people who are in quarantine. The sofa in the room was broken along with the lamp. I had to ask them to fix the light as the bulbs were fused. It was Extremely cold and there was NO HEATING system. I hope baldia checks them and give a heavy fine to them.
