- Clean
- Rooms are spacious.
- Location is very good but traffic might be a challenge during rush hours.
- Good value for money.
Sides
Staff is nice but could use a little imrpovements to be more professional.
GYM needs renovation and changing its place, pool needs better attention.
Hot water in shower run out very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is big, quiet and clean and the receptionist treatment was good, the location of the hotel is very good. however there is a smell of smoke in the room and the bed, while I have requested non smoking room. The gym is very bad and I can't find a menu for dine in options. But overall the stay is pleasant despite of the mentioned comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the main issue is that 6:10 am the contractor divided to continue renewing the swimming pool area although we talked to him and asked the receptionist many times but he was rude
Not acceptable a contractor waiting up people 6:10 am during the weekend and refuse to stop working

No replenishment of food, while the staff was least brothered about the guests.
Neither sweet,soup or juice was refilled.
Quite a bad experience for our group.

Reception talk to you as if you are sleeping at the hotel for free. They don't say hello when you call or anything.
They vacuum the area out side the rooms at 1:30AM. When I called to complain about the noise, as I had work the next day, the front office man said that is when they clean and that I should wait a couple of minutes until they finish.
This is the 5th day and am staying for 2 weeks and I really would have left if the hotel was not close to my work.
I would not recommend this hotel for my Enemies.

However the hotel is in desperate need of renovation, the rooms and bathrooms are old and dirty (no hotwater most of the time, had to shower with cold water every day) and no service elevators means elevators stank with various food smells all day. Loud music from the cafe downstairs at night and construction sounds at daytime were the last straw.
