Hotel was good but staff behaviour was bit rude

because this is the redecules when we missed my bus when we were perform umrah and no one call me for this and we had to go madina next day own freight . we had to bear lot of problems this time .sorry the service is good bt this tradagi for me not exeptable . thank you

It's a Hotel with the best connectivity across the city Mecca Sharif.. So, location of the Hotel is 10/10.. Lobby is just like an entry to a small Palace with those palace furnitures.. It's a wide Lobby.. Hospitality is at premium.. Staff are well trained and well informed.. Food is too awesome and too yum.. You would wait for the everyday surprise when it comes to food.. Transperancy is their key to success I believe as they were very clear and transparent in terms of conducting business from booking till the time you checkout.. I can only forget to mention what was special about this Hotel for my 15 Days stay there.. It was too much to explain.. Cannot be expressed in word's.. Excellent experience.. They make you feel Special Everday..

Worst experience of a senior staff of the hotel. I was staying in this hotel with my old mother and wife on Umrah package by Rahat Travels of India through Rafraf Lil Ziyarah. On my first day a rough and manner less staff with dirty teeth came, knocked the door and suddenly took away electric key card by saying something in Arabic language which I didn't understand. This made the room dark and I was amazed, what is this happening. A translator perhaps sub staff told me to go to the hotel office. There one urdu knowing person said that you have taken wrong room. I answered them that this room was given by the travels manager appointed here on my arrival, how can one take room key by himself? It is any of you (chain of service providers) who provide key according to the packages. I have booked triple sharing room and the room provided is also triple sharing so what is wrong in this. After a long direct and indirect conversation and request and providing the booking voucher given by the Rafraf Lil Ziyarah, he finally decided it's ok as you have been given I am continuing the same room to you. I don't know the loopholes between the chain of service providers, I am still thinking about where was I wrong and the behaviour and etiquettes of the hotel staff and way to deal with an issue. May Allah provide him wisdom and intelligence.
